Our Repair Process

Repair Process

As one of the best Auburn auto body shops servicing Auburn MA and Worcester county, we are committed to providing the best customer service possible. That is why we want to take the stress out of the collision repair process and make it as simple and straightforward for our customers.

Below is a short but detailed guide on what you can do to help ensure a smooth collision repair and replacement process and what you can do before visiting our Auburn collision center. You will also learn what you can expect to happen during the auto body repair process as well as what happens when your car is completed.

Remember, we work with all insurance companies, and we will gladly assist you in filing your claim and getting the best deal to ensure quality repairs.

Before the Repair

Please ensure your vehicle has a full tank of gas when dropping off your vehicle at our Auburn body shop. This is necessary for accurate and efficient ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibrations.

Please remove all personal belongings from the trunk, rear and front seats. This includes garage door openers, parking passes and EZ Fast Passes.

When dropping your vehicle off at our collision repair center, please make sure to leave just your car keys and not the whole key ring.

During the Repair

At Fuller’s Collision Center, we want to keep all customers apprised during the auto body repair process. After all, customer service and satisfaction are our top priorities, which is why we will update you throughout via phone, text or email.

You can specify the way you want us to reach you when you’re filling out the customer contact sheet.

If you would like frequent status updates prompted by our management system, please choose the text or email option. Rest assured that our certified technicians have the skills and the tools to ensure quality repairs and restore your vehicle to its pre-accident state quickly.

After the Repair

We will immediately notify you once your vehicle is repaired and we’re ready to release it from our Auburn body shop.

If you need to pick your vehicle up after hours, all monies due will need to be paid in full prior to pick-up date. You can make your payment via credit card over the phone.

Please keep in mind that once the auto body repair process is complete, you will need to pick your vehicle up within 3 business days, unless prior arrangements have been made.
